NordVPN won't connect on Windows 11

Three fixes clear most Windows 11 cases, in order: update the NordVPN app and reconnect to a specific country; switch the protocol to OpenVPN (TCP) or NordWhisper under Settings, Connection and security; then run ipconfig /flushdns and netsh winsock reset as administrator and restart.
